What classes are what?

Level 1 Pole is your starting point for pole dancing. This class is for beginners and works on strength, tricks and technique. Build confidence and make friends under the guidance of our experienced instructors. This class is suitable for teens and adults.

Beginners Silks, Hammock, Lyra and Trapeze are the starting point for anyone who wants to try aerials.

Floorography Beginners is the class where you can get your sexy on, wear your heels and dance the night away. This class is a choreography class with the pole and around the base of the pole. You may think of exotic pole dancing, sensual dancing and floorwork when doing this class. Suitable for 18+yrs only.
