FAQs
We know it can be daunting trying something new so we’re here for you every step of the way. Here are some common worries before attending class, hopefully this will help settle the nerves!
“Do I need any prior experience?” – Absolutely not. This course is specially designed for brand new beginners. You don’t need a base level of fitness, anyone can do it. Every body is different and we’re experts at helping you navigate the world of aerial, no matter your age, gender, body type or experience.
“What should I wear to class?” – For hoop you want comfy clothing that’s not too baggy as it can get tangled up in the hoop. Wear some layers so you can take them off as you get warmer. We train in bare feet or socks so don’t worry about wearing your crocs to class!
“Is the class suitable for people with no fitness background?” – Absolutely, you do NOT need to be fit and strong to start aerial, you need to start aerial to be fit and strong! We start at the very beginning with no fitness expectations whatsoever and you’ll work at your own pace so you never feel either out of your depth or bored.
“How do I prepare for my first class?” – No prep necessary, just bring a bottle of water and your beautiful self, we’ll handle the rest!
“Is your studio easy to find and is there parking?” – Yes and yes. We’re in the industrial estate and you can park outside the studio or on the road just outside, there’s plenty of space and it’s not a busy place in the evenings.
